Justin is a founding member of Folsom’s Community Service Day. He has served on the Folsom and Sacramento County Planning Commissions and has spent over eight years successfully fighting for safe routes to schools, increased connections to open spaces, and preservation of our heritage oak trees.

Following a distinguished career in law enforcement, Jim serves on the Folsom Planning Commission, where he has vigilantly helped oversee the planning process in Folsom to make sure that new development balances the need for growth with protecting the quality of life and character of our neighborhoods.
